1. Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We want you to be spellbound by your purchase, so if something’s amiss, let us know!
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Costume makeup or any face paint products
- Accessories that come in direct contact with the skin (e.g., masks, false teeth)
- Wigs that have been removed from packaging or tried on
These items are final sale to ensure the safety and comfort of all our ghoulish customers.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our friendly team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received. If the exchanged item is of higher value, we will charge the difference; if lower, we will refund the difference.
