We strive to accurately display our products, including colors and designs. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product descriptions are provided in good faith but we do not warrant they are error-free.

Hygiene Considerations

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items including costume makeup, face paint products, masks, false teeth, and wigs that have been removed from packaging are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

Non-Returnable Items

• Costume makeup or any face paint products
• Accessories that come in direct contact with the skin (e.g., masks, false teeth)
• Wigs that have been removed from packaging or tried on

These items are final sale to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for our team to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Pack the item securely with the RMA number included
5. Ship to: Costume Closet Shop Returns Department, 474 Poco Mas Drive, Lewisville, US 75067

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we made an error (like shipping the wrong item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges: We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return. If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll charge the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
